Revolutionizing In-Home Care

Practicing nurse, Founder and CEO of Coordinista, Cindy Bauer wants to revolutionize in-home care. Drawing from her experience, she envisioned a tool that gives field care providers a single platform to track and respond quickly to patients’ key health events. She had the “big idea” but needed the product and business support to bring it to life in a cost-effective manner.

Maikoa Consulting worked closely with Cindy to understand Coordinista’s challenges to building the platform. Using mind mapping and collaborative ideation to identify and define objectives we created a clear strategic path and tactical support in the areas of:
